Very good price for Manhattan, big room compared to Manhattan standards. Very clean, good location in Chinatown, two-minute walk from Grand Street subway station (B and D lines) and within walking distance of other subway lines. Room at the back was bright and rather quiet. Free wifi was very convenient.
Nothing negative except for the fact that the breakfast room is the least environmentally-friendly hotel breakfast I've ever seen - with everything from cups to bowls and cutlery plastic and disposable.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of Chinatown on Christie Street, and I must say it was a great experience. the location was superb, with easy access to all the vibrant areas such as Little Italy and Soho. The subway station was just a 5-minute walk away, making it extremely convenient to explore the whole city. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Lastly, the rooms were updated and clean, with a nice big TV and a great view of the Manhattan Bridge from the loft. Plus, the breakfast spread included instant scrambled eggs and plenty of options to keep me fueled for the day without any additional charge.
No major issues, everything was just fine.

Great value for money with stunning views of the city from the room. Amazing breakfast options with a variety of healthy choices. the location was perfect for sightseeing and easy access to the subway system.
The carpets were stained and badly worn in many areas of the hotel. the location was a little too crowded during the Christmas season with lots of people and traffic.

Located very close to Metro station. Very clean (all new). Nice staff. Fair price (breakfast included: toast, waffles, juice, coffee/tee), Free internet and even PC and Printer in lobby. We had in fact 2 rooms. Ask for rooms on upper floors with view onto Manhattanbridge!

The location of the hotel in the Chinatown / Little Italy area of New York is excellent. A short walk to the subway and the attractions of the lower end of the island. The inclusion of breakfast makes for a great start to the day. The hotel was clean and well maintained
The breakfast area is very small and the AC was ineffective

We liked the size of the room and bathroom, which were good for New York. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. It was in a very interesting area and felt totally safe. The subway was close by.
The breakfast was adequate but it would have been great to have had a wider range of fruit and natural yogurt. It was too cakey and bready for my liking.

Good hotel (nothing fancy but adequate). Room is clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated in Chinatown, with walking distance to little Italy and Soho.
The airconditioning on the roof of the building next to our room made quite some noise. The hotel's breakfast (muffins, donuts, tasteless coffee), but maybe we just don't like the American style breakfast.

Great view from our corner room. Like most city hotels, the room was small, but comfortable enough for two people. Very quiet.
The shower has no rails or soap dish- we had to use the adjacent sink or shower floor for soap and shampoo. This was a minor inconvenience for us, but would not be safe for some guests.
